Tree Removal in the Appalachian Mountains

This dying red oak (Quarcus Rubra) was adjacent to the site for a small cabin site. In order to preserve more the native understory, we opted to remove this tree in small sections.

Tree Pruning in the Cascade Mountains

This project involved pruning out substantial "witches broom" caused by a parasitic mistletoe  that infects Douglas-Fir. Many of these trees were estimated to be 200-300 years, and were well over 150 feet tall.
This type of preservation of trees for future generations is precisely the ethic we foster. We completed this pruning work using only our state of the art battery operated chainsaws: better for us and better for the planet!
